Art. 25 Verbrennen von Abfällen
1) Abfälle dürfen nur in Anlagen nach Anhang 2 Ziff. 7 verbrannt oder thermisch zersetzt werden; ausgenommen ist die Verbrennung von Abfällen nach Anhang 2 Ziff. 11. 2) Für das Verbrennen von Abfällen ausserhalb von Anlagen gilt Art. 45 des Gesetzes.
