Art. 29 Beurteilung der Immissionen
Das Amt für Umweltschutz beurteilt, ob die ermittelten Immissionen übermässig sind (Art. 2 Abs. 1 Bst. e). Es wendet dabei auch die Kriterien zur Beurteilung von Immissionen nach den massgebenden Bestimmungen des EWR-Rechts, insbesondere der Richtlinie 2008/50/EG, an.
