Art. 29c Grundsatz
1) Das Amt für Umweltschutz setzt ein nationales Ziel zur Reduzierung der PM2,5-Exposition nach Anhang XIV Abschnitt B der Richtlinie 2008/50/EG fest. Die Höhe dieses Ziels ist vom Wert des Indikators für die durchschnittliche PM2,5-Exposition im Referenzjahr 2010 abhängig. 2) Das Amt für Umweltschutz berechnet den Indikator nach Abs. 1 nach Anhang XIV Abschnitt A der Richtlinie 2008/50/EG. 3) Der Indikator für die durchschnittliche PM2,5-Exposition darf den Wert von 20 µg/m³ ab dem 1. Januar 2015 nicht mehr überschreiten. 4) Das nationale Ziel ist ab dem 1. Januar 2020 einzuhalten.
