Art. 30 Versauernde, eutrophierende und photochemische Luftschadstoffe
1) Die Emissionen von Schwefeldioxid, Stickstoffoxiden und flüchtigen organischen Verbindungen sind gegenüber 1990 gesamthaft um mindestens folgende Anteile zu vermindern: a) Schwefeldioxid: 27 %; b) Stickstoffoxide: 41 %; c) flüchtige organische Verbindungen: 45 %. 2) Die Emissionsreduktionen sind bis zum Jahre 2010 zu erreichen.
