Art. 10 Massnahmen beim Eintritt eines Todesfalles
1 Sämtliche Todesfälle auf Stadtgebiet sind dem Bestattungsamt umgehend zu melden. 2 Das Personal des Bestattungsamtes hat alle notwendigen und gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Massnahmen vorzukehren und mit den Angehörigen oder ihren Bevollmächtigten die Bestattungsart, den Zeitpunkt der Trauerfeier (in der Regel in Absprache mit dem zuständigen Pfarramt), die Grabart und alles weitere festzulegen.
