Art. 36
Die Friedhofverwaltung darf nach Ablauf der Ruhefrist über die Grabfläche verfügen. Die gesetzlichen Nachkommen der Verstorbenen werden mindestens 2 Monate vor der Räumung durch Anschlag am Grabfeld und, soweit möglich, schriftlich benachrichtigt. Nach Ablauf des Räumungstermins kann die Friedhofverwaltung über nicht abgeholte Grabmäler und Bepflanzungen ohne Entschädigungspflicht verfügen.
