Art. 37
(1) Dieses Abkommen bedarf der Ratifizierung; die Ratifikationsurkunden werden so bald wie möglich in Bern ausgetauscht werden. (2) Das Abkommen tritt am ersten Tag des zweiten Monats nach Ablauf des Monates in Kraft, in dem die Ratifikationsurkunden ausgetauscht werden.
