Das Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur wird ermächtigt, die genehmigten Vereinbarungen über die Mindest-/Höchstfrachten sowie die Nebenbedingungen für den Wechselverkehr, auf die sich der Gemischte Ausschuß gemäß Artikel 14 Abs. 8 des Abkommens geeinigt hat, durch Rechtsverordnung in Kraft zu setzen.
