1 Wo in dieser Verordnung von der Altstadt gesprochen wird, ist das Fischerhäuserquartier und das von der Bachstrasse, Bahnhofstrasse, Grabenstrasse und dem Rhein bis zum Freien Platz begrenzte Gebiet zu verstehen. 2 Ferner ist im Sinne dieser Verordnung schutzwürdig: das Gebiet um den Munot (Säntisstrasse-Munotstrasse-Pfarrweg-Hirschweg). 3 Ebenfalls schutzwürdig ist das Gebiet von der Vordersteig bis zum Steigbrunnen.
