Auf Gesuche, die im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens der Änderung vom 30. September 2022 hängig sind, findet das bisherige Recht Anwendung. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I des BG vom 30. Sept. 2022, in Kraft seit 1. Nov. 2023 (AS 2023 584; BBl 2020 8657, 9681).
