Käesoleva seaduse alusel Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Ametile esitatavad andmed ja dokumendid kantakse seadme ohutuse seaduse § 12 alusel loodud Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Ameti järelevalve infosüsteemi.
