§ 12. Registriandmete õigsuse tagamine
Andmete esitaja vastutab PRIA-le esitatud andmete õigsuse eest andmete esitamise ajal. Andmete registrisse kandja vastutab selle eest, et registrisse kantud andmed vastavad andmete esitaja poolt registrisse kandmiseks esitatud andmetele.
