Art. 15 Teilbarkeit
Die Anerkennung oder Vollstreckung eines abtrennbaren Teiles einer Entscheidung wird zugelassen, wenn die Anerkennung oder Vollstreckung dieses Teiles beantragt wird oder wenn nur ein Teil der Entscheidung nach diesem Übereinkommen anerkannt oder vollstreckt werden kann.
