§ 18 Bußgeldvorschriften
(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer 1. entgegen § 17 Absatz 1 einen Kinofilm nicht, nicht richtig oder nicht rechtzeitig registriert oder 2. entgegen § 17 Absatz 2 eine Bekanntmachung nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig vornimmt. (2) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer eine in Absatz 1 bezeichnete Handlung als gewerblich tätige registrierungspflichtige Person fahrlässig begeht. (3) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu zehntausend Euro geahndet werden. (4) Verwaltungsbehörde im Sinne des § 36 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 des Gesetzes über Ordnungswidrigkeiten ist das Bundesarchiv.
