Spezielle Massnahmen in Schulen und Anstalten. Private Schulen und Anstalten 1 Die Vorschriften von Art. 3 des BGT und Art. 27 bis 30 der Verordnung gelten auch für die privaten Schulen und Anstalten. Art. 34 Abs. 2 der Verordnung findet in dem Sinne Anwendung, dass der ärztliche Dienst dem von Schulen oder Anstalten gewählten Arzt unter Aufsicht des Schul- und Fürsorgearztes der betreffenden Gemeinde übertragen werden kann22).
