§ 2 Gebühren und Auslagen
(1) Die Gebühren werden gemäß den nachfolgenden Bestimmungen und dem Gebührenverzeichnis (Anlage) erhoben. (2) Auslagen werden nach Maßgabe der § 9 Absatz 1 Satz 1 und 2 sowie § 12 Absatz 1 des Bundesgebührengesetzes erhoben. Darüber hinaus sind Auslagen zu erheben für 1. Kosten für die Einholung von Gutachten sachverständiger Dritter und 2. Kosten durch Dienstreisen außerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
