§ 5 Laufende Verfahren
Diese Verordnung ist auch auf Verfahren nach den Nummern 1 bis 9 der Anlage anzuwenden, die bereits vor dem 15. Juli 2016 begonnen haben, aber noch nicht beendet worden sind, soweit für diese Verfahren noch keine Gebühren oder Auslagen erhoben wurden. Die Gebühren nach Nummer 1 der Anlage für Inspektionen, die im Jahr 2016 angeordnet wurden, werden um 50 Prozent ermäßigt.
