Grundsatz 1 Dieses Gesetz regelt im Kanton Glarus die öffentliche Beurkundung im Sinne von Artikel 55 Schlusstitel Schweizerisches Zivilgesetzbuch (ZGB) sowie die amtliche Beglaubigung. 2 Es findet keine Anwendung bei andern Urkunden, die von Behörden und Amtsstellen in ihrer Funktion ausgestellt werden. 3 Sämtliche Funktionsbezeichnungen beziehen sich auf beide Geschlechter. 2.
