Beurkundungs- und Beglaubigungspflicht 1 Begehren um Vornahme einer Beurkundung oder Beglaubigung haben die Urkunds- und Beglaubigungspersonen innert angemessener Frist zu entsprechen, ausser a. wenn dem wichtige Gründe entgegenstehen; b. wenn das, was beurkundet werden soll, rechtlich unmöglich oder offensichtlich rechts- oder sittenwidrig ist; c. wenn ein Ausstandsgrund vorliegt.
