Disziplinarmassnahmen 1 Bei Verletzung dieses Gesetzes kann die Anwaltskommission folgende Disziplinarmassnahmen anordnen: a. eine Verwarnung; b. einen Verweis; c. eine Busse bis zu 5000 Franken, im Wiederholungsfall bis zu 20'000 Franken; d. ein befristetes Verbot als Urkundsperson tätig zu sein für längstens zwei Jahre; e. ein dauerndes Verbot als Urkundsperson tätig zu sein. 2 Eine Busse kann zusätzlich zum Verbot als Urkundsperson tätig zu sein angeordnet werden. 3 Nötigenfalls kann die Anwaltskommission die Tätigkeit als Urkundsperson vorsorglich verbieten.
