Informationsaustausch und Koordination 1 Die Alterszentrumsleitung stellt eine regelmässige bedarfsgerechte Kommunikation und Koordination der Tätigkeiten mit der Spitex- Organisation Schaffhausen sowie mit der von der Gemeinde bezeichneten Auskunftsstelle für Altersfragen sicher. 2 Bei absehbaren Belegungsengpässen sorgt die Bereichsleitung Alter für eine frühzeitige Koordination und spricht sich mit den anderen Alterszentren der Region ab.
