Art. 1
1 Diese Verordnung regelt die Bearbeitung von Daten in folgenden Informationssystemen: a. Informationssystem für Betriebs-, Struktur- und Beitragsdaten (Art. 165c LwG); b. Informationssystem für Kontrolldaten (Art. 165d LwG); c. geografisches Informationssystem (Art. 165e LwG); d. zentrales Informationssystem zum Nährstoffmanagement (Art. 164a und 165f LwG); dbis. zentrales Informationssystem zur Verwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln (Art. 164b und 165fbis LwG); e. Meliorations- und Agrarkredit-Projekt-Informationssystem; f. Internetportal Agate; g. Entscheidunterstützungssystem. 2 Sie regelt ausserdem, wie die Daten nach Absatz 1 beschafft und übermittelt werden. 3 Als Beschaffung gilt die Erhebung und Erfassung der Daten. Fassung gemäss Ziff. Art. 1
