Art. 17 Meliorations- und Agrarkredit-Projekt-Informationssystem
1 Das BLW betreibt ein Meliorations- und Agrarkredit-Projekt-Informationssystem (E-Mapis). Dieses System dient den für den Vollzug zuständigen Behörden zur Gewährung von Finanzhilfen im Bereich der sozialen Begleitmassnahmen (4. Titel LwG) und der Strukturverbesserungen (5. Titel LwG). 2 Das E-Mapis enthält: a. Angaben zum Gesuchsteller oder zur Gesuchstellerin; b. betriebliche und projektbezogene Daten; c. finanzielle Daten, insbesondere die Berechnung der Unterstützung und ihre Höhe.
