Art. 21 Beschaffung der Daten für das IAM-System des Internetportals Agate
1 Daten von Personen nach Artikel 20a Absatz 2 Buchstaben a und b bezieht das IAM-System aus AGIS. 2 Daten von anderen Personen erhebt das BLW. Sie können von diesen Personen selbstständig erfasst oder von den Verantwortlichen eines Teilnehmersystems an das BLW geliefert werden. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 31. Okt. 2018, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2019 (AS 2018 4279).
