La réhabilitation judiciaire ne peut être demandée en justice que par la personne physique condamnée elle-même. S’il s’agit d’un incapable majeur, la demande est introduite par son représentant légal. Si la personne condamnée est une personne morale, la demande est introduite par son représentant légal.
