§ 5 Gebühren
Führen staatliche Adoptionsvermittlungsstellen das Adoptionsvermittlungsverfahren durch, sind folgende Gebühren zu erheben: 1. für eine Eignungsprüfung nach § 7b Absatz 1 des Adoptionsvermittlungsgesetzes 1 300 Euro, 2. für die Durchführung eines internationalen Adoptionsvermittlungsverfahrens einschließlich einer länderspezifischen Eignungsprüfung nach § 7c Absatz 1 des Adoptionsvermittlungsgesetzes 1 200 Euro.
