§ 4 Ergänzende Angaben im Sammelantrag
Sofern ein Betriebsinhaber im Sammelantrag für das Jahr 2024 Flächen nach § 2 Satz 1 zur Erfüllung der dort genannten Verpflichtung angibt, hat er mit dem Sammelantrag Angaben zu den in § 21 Absatz 1 Nummer 4 GAPInVeKoS-Verordnung bezeichneten Einzelheiten zu übermitteln.
