Auf Grund des § 73 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 des Berufsbildungsgesetzes vom 23. März 2005 (BGBl. I S. 931) bestimme ich nach § 12 Absatz 1 des Gesetzes über die Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, der zuletzt durch Artikel 1 Nummer 8 Buchstabe b des Gesetzes vom 4. Juli 2013 (BGBl. I S. 2178) geändert worden ist, im Benehmen mit dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie in Verbindung mit § 1 Absatz 2 des Zuständigkeitsanpassungsgesetzes vom 16. August 2002 (BGBl. I S. 3165) und dem Organisationserlass vom 17. Dezember 2013 (BGBl. I S. 4310) die Industrie- und Handelskammer zur zuständigen Stelle für die Berufsausbildungsverhältnisse bei der Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau in dem anerkannten Ausbildungsberuf „Kaufmann für Büromanagement und Kauffrau für Büromanagement“.
