§ 12 Anwendung der Abgabenordnung
Sofern dieses Gesetz keine andere Regelung trifft, finden der Dritte Abschnitt des Ersten Teils (§§ 16 bis 29), der Dritte Teil (§§ 78 bis 133) und der Siebente Teil (§§ 347 bis 368) der Abgabenordnung Anwendung. Die Vorschriften über die gesonderte Feststellung von Grundsteuerwerten (§§ 180 bis 183a der Abgabenordnung) sind entsprechend anzuwenden.
