§ 3 Schätzungsrahmen
Grundlage für eine einheitliche Beurteilung der natürlichen Ertragsfähigkeit der Böden im Bundesgebiet ist 1. für Ackerland der Ackerschätzungsrahmen (Anlage 1) und 2. für Grünland der Grünlandschätzungsrahmen (Anlage 2). Die Schätzungsrahmen weisen Wertzahlen aus, die als Verhältniszahlen die Unterschiede im Reinertrag bei gemeinüblicher und ordnungsgemäßer Bewirtschaftung zum Ausdruck bringen.
