Nimmt der Nießbraucher eine erforderlich gewordene Ausbesserung oder Erneuerung der Sache nicht selbst vor, so hat er dem Eigentümer die Vornahme und, wenn ein Grundstück Gegenstand des Nießbrauchs ist, die Verwendung der in § 1043 bezeichneten Bestandteile des Grundstücks zu gestatten.
