(2) Nicht zum Vormund bestellt werden soll in der Regel eine Person, 1. die minderjährig ist, 2. für die ein Betreuer bestellt ist, sofern die Betreuung die für die Führung der Vormundschaft wesentlichen Angelegenheiten umfasst, oder für die ein Einwilligungsvorbehalt nach § 1825 angeordnet ist, 3. die die Eltern gemäß § 1782 als Vormund ausgeschlossen haben, oder 4. die zu einer Einrichtung, in der der Mündel lebt, in einem Abhängigkeitsverhältnis oder in einer anderen engen Beziehung steht.
