Herausgabe und Inhalt 1 Die Stadt gibt das Amtsblatt der Stadt Chur heraus. 2 Im Amtsblatt werden insbesondere veröffentlicht: a) allgemein verbindliche Beschlüsse der Organe der Stadt; b) Erlasse; c) weitere Beschlüsse, Verfügungen und Anordnungen städtischer Behörden, deren Publikation durch das geltende Recht vorgeschrieben ist oder durch die Behörde beschlossen wird. 3 Die vollständigen Erlasstexte sind ab dem Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung in elektronischer Form und als Auflageakten bei der Stadtkanzlei einsehbar.
