§ 6 Verbindlichkeit asylrechtlicher Entscheidungen
Die Entscheidung über den Asylantrag ist in allen Angelegenheiten verbindlich, in denen die Anerkennung als Asylberechtigter oder die Zuerkennung des internationalen Schutzes im Sinne des § 1 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 rechtserheblich ist. Dies gilt nicht für das Auslieferungsverfahren sowie das Verfahren nach § 58a des Aufenthaltsgesetzes.
