§ 82 Akteneinsicht in Verfahren des vorläufigen Rechtsschutzes
In Verfahren des vorläufigen Rechtsschutzes wird Akteneinsicht auf der Geschäftsstelle des Gerichts gewährt. Die Akten können dem bevollmächtigten Rechtsanwalt zur Mitnahme in seine Wohnung oder Geschäftsräume übergeben werden, wenn ausgeschlossen werden kann, dass sich das Verfahren dadurch verzögert. Für die Versendung von Akten gilt Satz 2 entsprechend.
