§ 83a Unterrichtung der Ausländerbehörde
Das Gericht darf der Ausländerbehörde das Ergebnis eines Verfahrens formlos mitteilen. Das Gericht hat der Ausländerbehörde das Ergebnis mitzuteilen, wenn das Verfahren die Rechtmäßigkeit einer Abschiebungsandrohung oder einer Abschiebungsanordnung nach diesem Gesetz zum Gegenstand hat.
