Gemäß § 81 Abs. 1 des Bundesbeamtengesetzes setze ich folgende Amtsbezeichnungen fest: Präsident des Umweltbundesamtes, Vizepräsident des Umweltbundesamtes, Erster Direktor und Professor beim Umweltbundesamt, Direktor beim Umweltbundesamt.
