§ 6 Vertretung des Dienstherrn bei Klagen
Die gerichtliche Vertretung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland bei Klagen, die von Beamtinnen oder Beamten der Besoldungsgruppen A 2 bis A 16 sowie W 2 und W 3 in disziplinarrechtlichen Angelegenheiten erhoben werden, wird auf die in § 1 Nummer 1 bis 3 genannten Dienstvorgesetzten übertragen.
