§ 19. Lepingu keel
Tööleping ja võlaõigusseaduse alusel sõlmitud leping, mis lepingu ühe poole jaoks ei seondu majandus- ja kutsetegevusega, samuti avaliku teenuse osutamise leping sõlmitakse eesti keeles, kui osapooled ei lepi kokku mõne muu keele kasutamises.
