Der Staat gewährt den kaufmännischen Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten unter Berücksichtigung von Art. 53 Abs. 2 für den Besuch von Kursen und weiteren verwaltungsspezifischen Veranstaltungen für Lernende eine bezahlte Freistellung von 100 % und übernimmt die Kosten zu 100 %.
