Art. 108 Beteiligung an Kosten, Spesen und Besoldung
1) Die Angestellten haben die anfallenden Kosten und Spesen zu 100 % selbst zu tragen.
2) Der Staat unterstützt solche Aus- und Weiterbildungsvorhaben insofern, als das Amt für Personal und Organisation im Einvernehmen mit der Amtstellenleiterin oder dem Amtsstellenleiter nach Art. 26 Abs. 1 Bst. a einen unbezahlten Urlaub gewähren kann.
