Art. 13 Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten
1) Das Amt für Personal und Organisation kann auf Antrag einer Amtsstellenleiterin oder eines Amtsstellenleiters oder auf Anfrage von Interessenten Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten anstellen:
a) bei Ferialbeschäftigungen für höchstens acht Wochen;
b) in allen übrigen Fällen für höchstens ein Jahr.
2) Die Regierung bestimmt die Einzelheiten der Anstellung von Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten in einem Reglement.
