Ist in einem bestehenden Vertrag oder in einer bestehenden Übereinkunft die Überweisung an ein vom Völkerbund zu errichtendes Gericht oder an den Ständigen Internationalen Gerichtshof vorgesehen, so bildet zwischen den Teilnehmern am vorliegenden Statut der Internationale Gerichtshof dieses Gericht.
