Art. 7
1. Der Generalsekretär stellt, in alphabetischer Reihenfolge, ein Verzeichnis aller auf diese Weise vorgeschlagenen Personen auf; diese Personen allein sind wählbar, unter Vorbehalt des in Artikel 12 Absatz 2 vorgesehenen Falles. 2. Der Generalsekretär unterbreitet dieses Verzeichnis der Generalversammlung und dem Sicherheitsrat.
