§ 6 Dienstfreie Tage
(1) Sonnabend, Heiligabend und Silvester sind grundsätzlich dienstfrei. Soweit dienstliche Gründe es erfordern, kann an diesen Tagen und an Sonntagen und gesetzlich anerkannten Feiertagen Dienst angeordnet werden. (2) Mit Zustimmung der obersten Dienstbehörde und der oder des unmittelbaren Vorgesetzten kann die Beamtin oder der Beamte freiwillig sonnabends Dienst leisten.
