Für die Ausstellung eines Aufenthaltstitels nach § 78a Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Aufenthaltsgesetzes ermäßigt sich die nach den §§ 44, 44a oder 45 zu erhebende Gebühr um 44 Euro.
