Bis zum Ablauf des 31. Mai 2021 dürfen Fiktionsbescheinigungen, die nicht nach § 11 Absatz 4 des Freizügigkeitsgesetzes/EU in Verbindung mit § 81 Absatz 5 des Aufenthaltsgesetzes ausgestellt werden, auch mit Trägervordrucken nach dem Muster ausgestellt werden, das in dem bis zum 3. Dezember 2020 geltenden Recht vorgesehen war.
