§ 14
(1) Ergibt eine spätere Überprüfung, daß die Anpassung fehlerhaft ist, ist sie zu berichtigen. Die Leistung ist in ihrer bisherigen Höhe bis zum Ablauf des Monats zu gewähren, in dem die Berichtigung erfolgt. Eine Rückforderung überzahlter Beträge findet nicht statt. Die Berichtigung ist nur innerhalb eines Jahres nach dem Zeitpunkt, von dem an die Anpassung der Leistung nach diesem Gesetz wirksam wird, zulässig. (2) Die §§ 627 und 1300 der Reichsversicherungsordnung, § 79 des Angestelltenversicherungsgesetzes und § 93 Abs. 1 des Reichsknappschaftsgesetzes bleiben unberührt.
