Präsidium 1 Das Präsidium der Einbürgerungskommission erlässt allfällige verfahrensleitende Verfügungen. 2 Es stellt dem Gemeinderat gemäss dem Beschluss der Einbürgerungskommission Antrag und legt den Verfügungsentwurf vor. 3 Es kann Gesuche direkt dem Gemeinderat vorlegen, wenn es die Voraussetzungen für einen Nichteintretensentscheid oder für eine Abschreibung infolge Gegenstandslosigkeit als gegeben erachtet. 4 Es unterzeichnet Verfügungen des Gemeinderats im Auftrag des Gemeinderats.
