1 Jedem und jeder Abgeordneten, jeder Fraktion und jeder Kommission steht das Initiativ-, Motions-, Postulats-, Interpellations-, Frage- und Resolutionsrecht zu. 2 Die Verwaltung vermittelt den Abgeordneten sämtliche zur Mandatsausübung sachdienlichen Auskünfte.
